By clicking on the 'Muscles by Area' and 'Index' you can view the material that is covered and the layout of the program, but no animations are available.

The 'Demonstration' section gives examples of two muscle folders with full functionality, so the animations can be viewed and the quizzes completed. There are a further ten animations showing material that is included in the program.
